Hopefully you've visited us and experienced our offering first hand, but we're here to tell you that currently it's live on Kaua'i. Please come by The Root to check out what many believe has the most exotic and thoughtful bakery and beverage items in creation. The restaurant is serving it up like never before and it seems that folks are really liking our unique mixture of vegan, live and healing dishes. Of course, if you're in the mood for spirits, we have a full organic wine and beer menu.
