Blossoming Lotus Cofounders Jessica Murray and Mark Reinfeld gave a presentation at this year's American Cancer Society Relay for Life. The presentation focused on the benefits of including fresh fruits and vegetables into our diets and some quick and easy meal suggestions for those on the run. The event was held Saturday May 6-7 at the Hanapepe Stadium on Kauai.

The Blossoming Lotus was also asked to be part of a team that rewards people at this overnight event who were making healthy dining choices.

The Blossoming Lotus is proud to have participated in the 18th annual Taste of Hawaii held at Smiths Tropical Paradise on June 4th. It was our 3rd time at the event, which showcases the cuisine of Hawaii's premier Chefs. We served Cuban Tostones with Cashew cheese , Carob Mole Sauce and Candied Lime and for dessert a Lilikoi Cheez Cake with Raspberry sauce.
