Tropical Bliss Out Pie Filling
20 min prep / 8" pie

3 C Banana, mashed
1 C Macadamia nuts or cashews
¾ C Dates, pitted
¾ C Tropical fruit (papaya, mango, cherimoya) or berries
1 ½ Tbl Psyllium powder
2 tsp Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
½ tsp Cinnamon powder
¼ tsp Cardamom powder

Loving Preparation

1. Pick a pie filling. Place all of its ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until it sets and becomes more firm. Garnish creatively with fresh or dried fruits, shredded coconut and chopped nuts.

Variations
Layers of fresh fruit such as mango, papaya, persimmon or other fruit may be placed in pie crust before adding filling. Top with a layer of Star Lotus Live Parfait as a creamy topping.

For a live dessert sauce to drizzle over pies, blend 1 C of cashews or macnuts, soaked and drained with ½ C of berries, and a few dates to sweeten. Coconut water may be added until desired consistency is reached.
