Lotus Curry Paste
15 minutes preparation / ½ C


Ingredients

1 small Lime leaf
1 Tbl Shallot, minced
1 Tbl Chili pepper, hot variety, minced
1 Tbl Lemongrass stem, mince
2 tsp Ginger, peeled & minced
1 tsp Garlic, minced
½ tsp Curry powder
¼ tsp Coriander powder
¼ tsp Sea salt, or to taste
¼ tsp Black pepper, ground to taste
2 Tbl Sesame oil
• Coconut milk, fresh, to taste


Loving Preparation
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, adding sesame oil until smooth consistency is attained. Store
refrigerated in a jar and use as needed. Lasts up to a week or longer if refrigerated.
